How does the pickup and delivery of goods work?

As an export customer, you are always responsible for arranging transportation. If your location is within our delivery areas in the Netherlands, we will handle the transport with our own trucks. For locations outside these areas but still within the Netherlands, we work with a reliable transport partner to arrange the delivery.

Would you like to pick up the goods yourself? That's always possible! Please contact us in advance to schedule a pickup appointment.

How can I become a customer?

To access our webshop and view the prices, you must sign up first with us as a customer. You can easily register by filling out our registration form or by calling us at 053-4850500. We are a wholesaler and therefore only supply to business customers, so we will ask you to provide a Chamber of Commerce (KVK) registration during the registration process, as proof of your business status. Unfortunately, it is not possible for private customers to place orders with us.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity for all our customers is 48 cartons. This applies to orders that will be delivered. If you will be picking up your order, there is no minimum order quantity. If you have specific questions about order units or would like to purchase larger quantities, feel free to contact us for more information.

How can I place an order?

Would you like to place an order with our coffee wholesale service? Simply submit your order via an Excel sheet, and we will process it quickly and efficiently. Did you know that at Euro Koffie, you can also pick up your order from our warehouse? Contact us to explore the possibilities!

5.

Everything about your account: orders, invoices, and more

In your account, you can easily manage your personal details and view your outstanding balance. Set your delivery preferences, such as pickup or delivery, and manage your shipping addresses effortlessly. You can also quickly check which deliveries are on their way and access your previous orders and full order history. Additionally, you have access to your invoices and can place a new order with just a few clicks.

6.

How does VAT work for exports within the EU?

As an experienced coffee exporter, we sell VAT-free to other EU countries, provided certain conditions are met. We ensure you receive the entry certificate for the delivery.

Please note: When transporting coffee through Germany, a transit document is required. Germany imposes an additional coffee tax, known as Kaffeesteuer. We take care of the necessary documentation for this process.
